The Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing e-Learning Center is your continuing education portal to courses, tools and other resources. Many of the resources of the Hartford Institute have been moved to this new e-learning center to provide a better experience, tracking of courses, and for payment and awarding continuing education contact hours. HIGN’s objectives for the e-Learning center are:

  • To help improve care of older adults in clinical settings;
  • Provide tools and resources for faculty to integrate content on care of older adults into their curriculum;
  • House resources for nurses interested in taking the gerontological certification exam;
